Nice place, security system with intercom at the entrance, large common area, nicely kept up and in a quite area with trees and the Mississippi river in our backyard. There are tails down to the river and along the river, which I really like. The commute is reasonable, and the rent is definitely cheaper than closer to the Twin Cities. The management is friendly and lives on site.

Love the cheap rent compared to other places. I only need a small place and I travel a lot, so a studio apartment works out perfect for me. The people are friendly, management is on site and responsive. It has many long-time residents so that says a lot about a place as well. It’s a nice place to call home.

Great location close to Highways 10 and 101 so easy to get to where you need to go to. The manager is on site, friendly and responsive. The building is clean the neighbors are friendly, what else could you ask for? It works well for me.
